These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of REALe ERP, a software platform developed and operated by XEDI Corporation. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Users agree to use REALe ERP only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities performed through their accounts.
REALe ERP, including its software, content, trademarks, branding and related materials, remains the exclusive property of XEDI Corporation.
Customers retain ownership of their business data. REALe ERP acts solely as a platform provider and processor of customer information.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, REALe ERP does not guarantee continuous availability and may perform maintenance, upgrades or modifications when necessary.
XEDI Corporation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if users violate these terms or engage in activities that may compromise platform security.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
